Bonjour! I’m not sure what the weather’s like for you all there but it’s been raining, raining and uhm raining today. I had some sight seeing plans with the gals but we ended up staying dry. Today I just want to share a few digi pages that I did sometimes this month. I sometimes forget to share them because I’d save and then not get back to it until later. I used a lot of goodies from Jessica Sprague, in particular Carina Gardner’s work, for the pages I created. I love the first page because the girls were so cute
Have many of you been up since early this morning watching the wedding? I caught the end part of it while checking the news. Lovely couple I must say and quite a practical gown in comparison to the last big wedding! Just a quickie post… a little page of Jovie using digi pieces from Carina Gardner at Jessica Sprague. I used the Fresh Picked Summer line for this layout. Such prettiness and I had fun playing with them. I chose the colors because of Jovie’s outfit. I think they compliment well. Alrighty, more later! Have a four day holiday!! Whoohoo!!!!
It’s almost the end of the month. Nooooo!! I still have a lot of stuff to finish! Then once it hits May it’ll just be one more month before Jovie turns two. NO NO NO! I don’t want her or M to grow up anymore. I wanted M to stay little but she didn’t listen. Jovie’s better at being little than M but everyday she gets a little less baby-ish. I really haven’t crafted much. M have been out of school for two weeks. She just went back today but this Friday-Monday is a long weekend here due to two
NOTE: No you’re not hallucinating. This is my third post today. OMG!!! Wow, it’s been about a year since I took the photos above! A lot has changed and now and then I miss that house we built. What a baby Jovie was, almost one!! She’ll be two in a couple of months and I’ve introduced this… She didn’t want to sit on it though yesterday but went close enough to use the potty as a ball catcher (yes, I let her play with little balls). Today she got braver and went in it. I promise you this was not
It’s been nice the last few days. Granted everybody but M has been fighting off a cold and the world is chaotic, I am on spring break. Yes I have a bit of grading to do and yes I need to make sure the next few weeks of assignments are wonderful and accessible, but I can relax a bit. The weather’s been wonderful too and Jovie cannot get enough of the ducks who lives just down the road. So almost everyday we’ve been walking to feed the ducks. Speaking of chaos… Sometimes it’s hard to believe how peaceful our lives
My playing with Jovie, working with M’s lessons and homework, teaching and planning all sorts of travels have really taken a lot of craft time from me. After this trip though we’ll most likely be taking it a bit slower. I want to do a bigger holiday next year and in order to do that we need to just do little exploring around this area and save. I’m not sure where yet though. I’ve got eyes on Italy and Greece while hubby thinks up north will be nice (Norway, Sweden, etc.). Anyhow, related to my craft is this blog of
