Hi Baby!

Hi Baby

No I’m not at the hospital posting AND having a baby. Baby’s kicking the crap out of me now but no, she’s still cozy inside. I’m 33 weeks tho… oh counting down!!! In the meantime, my friends are having babies. WOW, you can’t believe how many friends I have that are having babies between March and July! I can’t keep up who’s having a boy and a girl either so until I get the announcements I don’t usually send the card {:SMILES}.

This is an almost exclusive hybrid card (kit from Matahati Design, currently April guest at the DigiChick, called Spring Medley). This kit has AWESOME papers!!! Actually Matahati has great papers in general for paper crafting. You can see her store at Scrap Orchard. Now, can I love my own work or is that just too snobbish? But I think this is the cutest card I’ve ever made. I just love the Damask and color on the pattern paper! The none hybrid items are the PTI BABY stamp, ribbon, button, twine, and cardstock. I did some Scor-It-ing on the brown paper too, see? Amy‘s been scoring like crazy so I thought I’d join the fun he he…

While I was kit browsing, I saw this lovely:

Cre-Bisontine

I just downloaded a few this week so got to wait and I need to find some pics or take some that will fit the kit but oooh, isn’t that just so so lovely?

Have a great Friday! More later!!!

  2. Who cares if it’s snobbish (which I don’t think it is), but this is absolutely adorable & pretty!! I too love that damask & the cute little fawn is perfect w/the butterflies!!

  3. That is one pretty sweet card, Savitri! Gorgeous digi elements.

My current PC is too slow to run Photoshop Elements. We’re waiting for a new Mac to arrive. My husband is like a little kid waiting for Santa (aka, the FedEx truck) to arrive.

We were just talking about Wendy’s today. I haven’t had a Frosty in years. Our town doesn’t have a Wendy’s. Food Network featured the history of Wendy’s last weekend. The Frosty is a combo of chocolate and vanilla. Dave didn’t want a pure choc shake because he thought it would overpower the burger and fries.

    Have a good weekend!

  4. Savitri, this is so adorable! I must say that I have to disagree with you on the cutest card ever, you’ve done TONS of cute cards! :o) I love bambi, hehe. you have to explain to me how this digi kit works, and what type of paper you use to print the images!

    Later dude,
    Clouds :o)
