Happy Valentine’s Day!

Just a little love post from me to you. Hope you have a wonderful wonderful day today! We’re not one to celebrate Valentine’s day by going out for a romantic dinner etc but if there’s a special day to celebrate love, kindness, giving, and anything nice, we’re there! I cannot wait for the girls to come home. Again, we’re not having anything super special but a little extra love, yummy cupcakes from my favorite cake lady, cards and decors will make their end of the week (and start of their school break) extra lovely. Take care and I shall

WPlus9: Day 3 + Fabric Dolly

This Christmas I really feel like making all sorts of stuff. Whether I get to them is another story but I really am feeling it!! I have a few cute projects that I will share in the next few days but one I am super excited about is this one: A fabric doll for Jovie! And the pattern pieces are FREE! Aren’t they adorable? I am going to make a little Chloe — a short hair doll basically. And hope to get started cutting tomorrow night! I have the pdf files downloaded already. Wish me luck!! I also looked at

WPlus9: Day 2

Hiya! Hope my American friends had a great Thanksgiving weekend! We spent our in Amsterdam this year. We did lots of exploring, visited a few museums and for Thanksgiving dinner, we had our first Rijsstafel. Our mail pick-up schedule got mixed up last week and I just received my WPlus9 goodies today and WOW, another beautiful set by Dawn!! This month’s release is full of LOVE and since I always seem to be making something for the girls, I thought that today, I’d create a little something using the Valentine Wishes set + matching dies for my fab husband. It’s

A Bit Vintage

It snowed quite a bit here last night and according to my computer it is 1 degree Fahrenheit right now. Crazy huh? I think I’ve come to a conclusion that I like summer way better than winter. I use to think that winter’s better because you can always layer on more clothes if you’re cold where in the summer you only have so many to remove when you’re hot but that all changed this week. I am a warm temperature kind of girl and I cannot wait until spring!!! Today I stayed home. I worked a bit but got unmotivated

Sparkly Hearts

I have very little to say today. Just had a Filipino Lumpia and wonton noodle soup. YUM!!!! Once again I am craving for sushi. Me want raw fishy {::SMILES}. I can go for Dim Sum too. My food craving is better though. I got over the junk food funk. I was more awake at work today too. Yeah! Made it through the day without nodding off. Here’s a little Valentine-ish card. The stamp set is old, retired SU stamps, which I rarely use. Yesterday I bought some Martha Stewart sparkles and glue pen. I used the glue pen around the

Crimped Love

Well, I’m trying to be creative. I was going to try a challenge from Splitcoast but I ended up making this. There’s one thing that really bugs me on this card, that it’s crooked. When I was folding the paper, I wasn’t very consistent so it’s sloping down a bit. But I figured that it’s my first time and it is handmade, that the little imperfection should make the card more unique, ha! I might be right or I’m just trying to talk myself into liking it and not worry about the crookedness of the crimped paper. For the XOXO,
