Roasted Marrow Bones

When it comes to food I’m the adventurous type. I’ll at least try anything once and I love things like tripe, pig’s feet, and bone marrow. Thanksgiving break I watched a few Andrew Zimmern’s show, Bizarre Food, and just LOVED it. Kind of wish we have cable/satellite subscription now! I can see myself being his assistant ha ha ha! We had a decently nice one. Saturday M had a little playdate

A Barefoot Contessa Strawberry Tarts that became a kiwi, blueberry, and blackberry tart. I’ll post some pictures if my friend emails me a copy. They’re not as nice as the picture on Foodnetwork but the taste was pretty good. The instructions were a bit confusing so we kind of improvised. Despite the little snags here and there, we had a great time and the dessert was something worth trying again. This is my last night though
