For those who’s known me for a while, you probably know that I love to scrapbook and stamp. I started out as an curious scrapbooker. My first scrapbooking experience was when my good friend Barbara took me to a Creative Memory demo, maybe late 1998 or early 1999, in Boise, Idaho. Now, years later I am a scrapbooking and stamping junkie. I might not have gone all nutsy on buying stuff but I have quite a collection and on some good weekends, I’d be at the scrapbook store from 10 a.m. til 11 p.m. scrapbooking or making cards. LOVE IT!

Currently I am a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator who resides in Warrensburg, Missouri. It’s a little town south-east of Kansas City, about 45 minutes away. We’ve been here for five years now and still liking it.

What else can I tell you? Besides the above I am a wife, a mom, and a working girl. I love technology, don’t subscribe to cable/satellite, and very snap friendly with the camera. I love to cook, read Agatha Christie books, and hang out with my friends when I have the chance and just sit and talk. I work with Photoshop a lot at work (I am an Instructional Technologist who specializes in web developing and web apps research/testing plus tech training) and my educational background is in advertising, psychology, tech ed, and computer engineering. I loved my graphic design classes and that was where I learned Photoshop - back in 1994!

My artsy fartsy bones came from my dad’s side of the family. My dad and brother are great artist, they can really draw, but I can’t even draw stick figures well. But I’ve always been good with colors and my graphic arts class, scrapbooking, and card making have shown me a different type of art that I love.

We live very green - we do love our world. We recycle, we eat organic/natural, we use organic/natural products, we have an energy efficient home, and we like to live a healthy lifestyle. We have two dogs and an outside cat. We do love to travel and I am always planning our next big getaway.
