Passport Photos, 3Yrs Later…

Passport Pics

If you’re a long time follower of my blog, or at least from Sept of 2009, you’ll (vaguely) remember my attempt at taking Jovie’s passport/visa photograph. If you don’t remember (or have no clue what I’m even talking about) here’s the link to that day.

Today I had to take a few shots for our UK visa renewal paperwork and let me tell you, it’s not any easier at age 3 than at age 3-months!

When we took Jovie’s photos 3 years ago, we followed the US passport guideline (more less the same) and trimmed the photos for the visa according to the UK sizing. But for this submission, I am only following the UK visa’s guideline since and according to it, “Photographs of children aged five and under must show a clear image that is a true likeness of the child. As young children can be difficult to photograph, children aged five and under do not need to have a neutral expression or to look directly at the camera, but they must face forward and meet all other format requirements.”

Sooooo according to the guideline, the bottom left photo should fit the bill, right? {::SMILE}

Take care and I will have more papercrafty post soon. On a mini papercraft holiday right now. I want to catch up on some reading and trying to make for Christmas (might be a bit ambitious here!!).
