At Waltzingmouse! Sketch #10!!

Here’s my card for this week’s challenge. It’s pretty clean and simple. Goes along with the feel of the sketch — at least to me. BUT, you should see all the cards that the other DT made. WOW WOW WOW. Makes my card look pitiful!!

As for this weekend… it’s a weekend already? Goodness, time did fly this week!! The last few days the weather’s been gray. Rain, rain, rain. What you’d think of when you hear: England. It’s wonderful that I’m not working because the girls and I could lounge around in our jammies all day.

What are your weekend plans? We’re just going on base to check the mail and do some basic needs shopping. I am thinking about going to IKEA too Sunday but we’ll see how motivated I feel. I’ve never been and hubby doesn’t care to go so while he’s away I might as well go there and stay as long as I want — or the as long as the kids let me.

pretty card! luv the colors and i don’t agree that yers looks pitiful among the other DT cards, i likey :D i really like the background swirly stamp (dunno what it’s called)

I always love your cards. They may look simple, but always well thought out, with character and simple beauty. This one, no exception.
I love IKEA too. My office is just next to the only IKEA in Msia :D

Anyway, I am thinking of going to IKEA today to refresh with more ideas. I used to work near IKEA in Malaysia and really keep me bz going there all time but no more now bcos I got another job that away from the terrible everyday traffic jam.

Fabulous card!! Love the warm neutrals! Ikea, nice! I need to go too, but it’s such a drive and I am lazy! hee! Plus, it’s crazy crowded on the weekend…can’t wait to hear if you made it and what you got!
