I Remember You

How’s your part of the world? Freezing here!!!! Tomorrow is my last work day for this year. I can’t wait! I’ll be baking and hopefully crafting during my off-time. I JUST ordered a KitchenAid mixer from Amazon. It’s our present. I’ve been wanting one for a loooooong time and after IM-ing with my ex-pastry chef friend I decided on the KitchenAid 600 Pro which was on sale at Amazon. It might not get here until close to Christmas but that’s ok. My friend said I can get a 5 Qt bowl in case I want to do a smaller batch. But, she got her 600 series a while back. Maybe KitchenAid fixed the little issue. She said because of the small amount the mixer doesn’t do a good job. So, if that does happen we’ll get a smaller bowl or make two batches instead of one. I know M wouldn’t complain, ha!
I want to read and try a new recipe or two also besides the above but we’ll see. I have to get an online class prepped up for next semester too. I teach one to two classes every semester besides working my full-time job. It’s my play/craft money – which this semester went into my half of our basement project since half is going to be my craft room {::SMILES}.
Alright, stay warm if you’re area is cold. M has a Christmas program tonight. She does not want to go. She knows all the words, even her friends’, but she said she’s nervous. We’ll see. I have the camcorder whether she recites or not.

SWEET….LOVE the colors!

Add a CommentSavitri, this is so nice! I LOVE your simply cute creations! After paper craft supplies, kitchen gadgets are next on my list! Since I don’t bake I don’t have a kitchen aid mixer, but I can see that changing soon!
