It’s Almost Thanksgiving!

My work week is short too, my last day is today for the week. M has a little party at school tomorrow and I’ll be bringing in some green bean casserole. In the afternoon… dunno, maybe do some shopping but we’ll see. I’m debating whether or not to go Friday. I’ve always gone, not to the super super early one but just go shopping in general. I never have a problem. Yes it’s a bit more busy but I’ve never had to fight for anything with anybody. Maybe because I don’t go to store that has those popular black Friday deals? I need to go to Hobby Lobby because they have a (Copic) marker sale and then to PB kids to pick something up for M. Then around the corner I’d LOVE to get me some Cheese Cake Factory something… but that’s prob. going to be packed unless I show up at 2 or 3 p.m. he he… hmmm… I’m drooling already and on a regular day, I’m not a pastry person. There use to be a French bakery there, but dang they closed!!! Made me mad!!
Anyhow, here’s my card using some American Craft goodness that I bought at my lss a few weeks ago. The snowflake was punched using a Martha Stewart punch and the be merry is an SU stamp. The ribbon I bought from this lady who’s selling a bunch of her stuff. I got a box full of misc. ribbons for $5. Sweet deal for a ribbon freak like me… I swear I have enough but I keep buying ribbons! I punched the snowflake from that stripe paper. I used dimensionals to give it a lift. I thought I’d give this idea a try and it’s not that bad looking.
Alright, have a great one and hope most of you have a short week this week if you’re a working gal like me. Laters!

Very cute Christmas card! Love that ribbon, what a deal!

That a cutie of a card. Thanks for sharing. Go ahead and shop on Friday, but you might be alright at the Cheesecake Factory depending on how many people you are with – just you and M, and you should be fine. Happy Thanksgiving. Thanks again for my wonderful package. Love it.
