Fall is in the Air

The leaves are changing. YEAH!!!! I can’t wait to take some nice fall pics of the family. Last year we had some professional photos done but this year it’ll just be me as ms. photographer. It’ll be fun! I’m going to take pics of my friend’s kids too some weekend. I love taking pics of little ones and I am quite excited. My first amateur gig… unpaid of course {::SMILES}.

I used a collab kit from Shabby Pickles: Shades of Autumn. I love this store. SOOO many awesome designers!! You should check them out!! After doing more digi work and buying other people’s stuff (before this year I just make my own stuff) I am starting to know who is who and just sticking to those ones I love. The real and cutesy stuff is what I like now… oh and bright colors!!

Those in the U.S., is the economy depressing you? It depresses me. We both have great jobs but it’s still so scary and also so sad for those who are struggling right now. If you’re one of them, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Hopefully it’ll be better soon. I haven’t read on what happened to the bailout deal which I think is suppose to be voted on today. Hopefully it’s decent.

Are you into the coming election? I hope so! If you haven’t registered to vote, go do it. You still have time! I am looking forward to the debate tomorrow (watching it online). Last week’s was a bit dull and I think both were even. I think I’ve made up my mind but we’ll see after tomorrow.

I am making a card tonight. I think I feel some mojo coming {::SMILES}.

Gorgeous! You are the queen of white space. How do you do it. It looks SO incredible with that colour & layout. Congrats on the photo gig. You will do an incredible job for sure. :O)

Fall IS definitely in the air in the Pacific Northwest too…lovely family photo! You always do such fabulous lo’s….the kids and I are going to have family photos taken for the holiday cards…too bad you don’t live by me! I would have hired u!

And i hear you about what’s going on with the economy, i too have a good job but still being a single mom, this is just too depressing and thinking about how other people going thru =(

Mel is totally right! You are the Queen of White space – I don’t know how you do it – but you have such a great balance for adding so much color and texture and dimensions – and still having the page have a lot of white space and with such a clean and fresh look! Great pic of your family – wish you could take some pics of ours! I don’t think we could hire you – (economy and all….) but I would totally buy you all the Mango Bubble tea that you wanted!!!! :)

And the economy is TOTALLY depressing! I head that it is supposed to get worse and hit middle america…. is that true? can that be true???/ something needs to happen!

I am totally registered – and am thinking of doing early voting… anyhoo – sending you sunshine as always!
