I LOVE to Scrapbook!!

I had a great time scrapbooking yesterday with M. Yes, M scrapbooked with me from 11 a.m. (I am always late… it started at 10) to almost 11 p.m. last night!! I was about ready to leave at 8:30 p.m. and thought she’d be tired too but no, she wanted to stay – we haven’t gotten the ice cream yet she said. Ha!!

At the crop she watched two movies, made some jewelry using chenille stems aka pipe cleaners, did some pages, drew the tickets for the drawings, laid down to rest, read, played with me during break time, grabbed some root beer float at Sonic and checked out the consignment store, and once she did ask if she could run around crazy in the store. Since nobody was there, I said sure. Not one whine from that girl and all the ladies were so impressed. Except for the few times when M walked around showing everybody her projects or her screaming from the bathroom so that I could help her nobody felt like a pre-schooler was in the building. I think that was the longest crop with her. The ones I’ve taken her to were maybe 6 hrs and they were at a friend’s house — more entertainment for a little girl. She said she had an awesome time and of course wants to go again.

So here’s one of the page that I did titled Poop’d. I used the Making Memories travel kit that came with my June Scarlet Lime kit. I added some Hambly rub-ons (the pink birds), Prima flowers, and I’m not sure where the love, flower, adorable, and lullaby’s from. They were out of the packaging. I did make a card and started two others. Just wasn’t in the mood for cards. Hopefully this week since I plan on participating in some challenges to get me motivated. We’ll see. August is just a super busy week for me. I have a website that needs to launch by Sept. 1, school starts August 20 something, I have my sis’s invites to do, and the two classes at the lss besides the regular job and my family. So far, I’m still sane {::SMILES}.
