Hey, Yoo Hoo Hi! Happy weekend. Hope you all are having a nice weekend at home and if not, have a great time doing whatever it is you’re doing — and reading my post {::SMILES}.

I just want to share this card. I used Kristina’s color inspiration (again) for his one. The colors are white, sahara sand, wild wasabi, and so saffron. All the paper is Stampin’ Up! and the alphabet is American Craft (I HEART them Thickers!). The stamp is Hero’s Art. I got it some while back at Archivers but haven’t really played with it until now. I used this stamp for a scrapbook page too, which I’ll show tomorrow since it’s my entry for the Scrapperie contest round #6 and I can’t post until they announce those who’s going on to the last round. Yes, the last round! I am quite anxious BUT, if I don’t move on, I understand. The other 14 gals are just outstanding!

Alright, time to work on the screened in porch. I am in charge of staining. I guess we’re lucky that’s the only thing we’re fixing due to all the storms that have passed through our way. A lot of people got flooded it seems like around our area. Our friend just left; he borrowed our shop vac (I think that’s what it’s called).

Oh, I am teaching a card and scrapbooking class at my local scrapbook store the 15th (card) and 22nd (scrapbook) of July. If you’re from the area, I’d love it if you can come. It’s the store next to Blockbuster, THE only lss {::SMILES}. I am liking the store better and better, they’re carrying more stuff… like Thickers and Sassafrass… they’re suppose to have more after CHA… hopefully some fun colors and embellishments even though lately I’ve been so into Etsy. I’ve been finding some cool stuff there.
